My hat is misspelled. Coffee has 2 e’s. I messaged customer service and have not gotten a reply on how to get this corrected.

They sent me the hat with the word COFFEE misspelled.. after a month and a half of emails going back and forth they finally sent me a replacement and again the word COFFEE was misspelled… now I’m fighting with this horrendous company to get a refund… I reported them to the BBB and I don’t suggest anyone purchasing anything from this horrific company

If I could leave no stars I would… I was all excited to receive my new hat and when I received it I noticed that The word coffee was misspelled on my hat as coffe so obviously I can never wear it.. I have emailed customer service multiple times and even attached a photo of the misspelled hat and I just got smoke blown up my—- and yes to death but I haven’t received a replacement it’s been over a month… I’ll never buy anything from this company again!!!
