Very pleased with the t shirt, nice quality, no disappointing surprises. would have given 5 stars, but it took 6 weeks to get it delivered (and 3 emails). But, they did communicate, apologized (each time) and explain. However, if something is backordered, the buyer should be notified up front (in case it is a gift....) and payment should not be taken until shipped.

Shirt is very nice heavy weight material. Only downside is that for an xxl shirt it should be about two inches longer.

I like the shirt but I ordered it on color but it was sent with the graphic just being black and white. I emailed the support two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. The fir and material are great though.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered the shirt and a month went by and multiple emails asking about the status. Every time I got the same copy and paste email saying they would look into my order. Or they would say heavy demand for shirts put them behind but assured me the shirt would ship out in the next 2 or 3 days. Then a week later they were unsure of when the shirt would ship out. They ignored my request for a refund and kept sending me the same email saying they would look into my order. Terrible way to do business. Will never recommend or purchase anything from this company again.

Not as described. Tshirt is not a colored print as shown on website but showed up as a black shirt with white ink. Would not recommend.

After my initial purchase I heard nothing on the status of my order for two weeks even after sending two emails to check on it. I only received a response once I requested a refund. I opted to ask if I could still have it sent in lieu of cancelling seeing as I was now actually getting a response. Again, no news until a week or so later when I get a notification that is has shipped. I would’ve been fine with that in reality, but when I finally did get the shirt I ordered the graphic was crooked and misaligned. So much hassle to get an item that I’m now not going to wear.

While my wife loves the shirt that I ordered for her, I honestly wasn't very impressed with the void in communication that I experienced. A rep eventually reached out to me after I emailed her( which i greatly appreciated) but I expected a little more of a timely response/ delivery. I completely understand that things happen and don't always go according to plan. But I just wish that I had been updated with a general time frame regarding Shipping and processing.
